1. Promoter

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised and run by TruckersFM (“the Promoter”). This Promotion is in no way administered by, or associated with Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to individuals aged 13 years or over at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be residents of a country to which Corsair can ship prizes.
• Entries will not be accepted from residents of the following countries or regions due to shipping restrictions:
• Belarus, Russia, Tanzania, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Turkey, and Malta (Europe).
• Employees of TruckersFM, its partners, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• One prize will be awarded through a social media giveaway hosted on TruckersFM's official accounts.
• Two additional prizes will be given away live on air during TruckersFM broadcasts.
• Details of how to enter will be shared via TruckersFM's social media platforms and/or on air.
• Only one entry per person per giveaway method will be accepted.
• Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or made through third parties or automated means will be disqualified.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of a VOID v2 MAX WIRELESS Gaming Headset Carbon (Corsair product code: CA-9011388-WW).
• There will be three prizes in total: one from the social media draw and two from the on-air draws.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
• TruckersFM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Social media winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• On-air winners will be selected at random during the live broadcast.
• Winners will be contacted via the method of entry (social media direct message or live announcement).
• Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

6. Prize Claim and Data Collection

• To arrange prize delivery, winners will be required to provide the following personal details to TruckersFM: Full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
• These details will be collected securely and used solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
• The collected data will be shared only with authorised representatives of TruckersFM and Corsair (or their shipping partner) to facilitate delivery.
• All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and TruckersFM’s Privacy Policy.
• Personal data provided for prize fulfilment will be deleted within 60 days of all prizes being successfully delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
• TruckersFM will not sell, share, or use this data for marketing purposes without the winner’s explicit consent.

7. Delivery

• Prizes will be shipped directly to the winners by Corsair or TruckersFM's chosen distributor.
• TruckersFM and Corsair are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or delays caused by postal services or international customs.
• Prizes cannot be shipped to the countries listed in Section 2.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal information collected during entry or prize fulfilment will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and TruckersFM’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, participants agree that their name or social media handle may be used for the purpose of announcing winners publicly and maintaining transparency.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this Promotion if it becomes necessary to do so.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding.
• The giveaway and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
